Trish eats very clean during her four days on the roadTrish carries small oatmeal packages and canisters of raisins for treats between meals. "It's a matter of convenience in this business. Wrestlers are always on the road going from event to event all over the country, so you have to adapt. If the catering isn't healthy, I improvise."
Daily Meal Plan
Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins.
Break: "Emergency food" or "snack fix" - small container of peanut butter or canister of raisins or nuts.
Lunch: Chicken and salad (Trish loves Wendy's grilled chicken and mandarin salad - but she uses her own fat-free dressing.)
Snack: Fruit or raisins or nuts.
Dinner: Chicken or steak, and salad.
Cheat day (Tuesday): Burger and fries or pasta.
*Trish always drinks lots of water.
