JANET'S WORKOUT
TONY MARTINEZ, Janet's personal trainer for nine years, says Janet followed this fitness regimen to lose the 60 pounds:
* WORKOUT TIME: 1 1/2 hours, five to six days a week.
* CARDIO WORKOUT: Boxing, running on the beach, basketball and tennis
* Resistance band workout, two to three sets of 20 repetitions each:
Lateral raise (shoulder)
Bicep curls
Tricep extensions
* FITNESS BALL WORKOUT:
Ab crunches
Cross-over crunches (25 each side)
Flat crunches
Planks (hold for 45 to 60 seconds)
